About Me
I was born and raised in North Ogden, Utah. I love to distance run, hike, and hang out with my
two adorable dogs, Kumo and Atlas. As you may have guessed, I also love the atmosphere.
Professional Interests
While studying biology at the University of Utah, I became interested in climate science. I
returned for a B.S. in Atmospheric Science in order to learn more about the underlying physical processes that drive climate. My interests expanded to include aerosols after taking the atmospheric chemistry, thermodynamics and radiation courses. I started working with the Hallar Aerosol Research Team during my senior year. My current research is focused on
bioaerosols.
